All participants should be in a good health and be able to do adventure activities during the tour. Pregnant women are not allowed to do any activities.

Each participant is required to sign an indemnity form before the tour commences. Guides should clearly advise all participants of this form. Parents/guardian should be a representative to fill the form for children under 13 years old.

 All reservation must be made via website.

 Payment should be made before the tour. For payment using Local Order (LO)  @ Purchase Order (PO), 3% management fee will be charged.

 Only 50% from paid amount is refundable in any case of cancellation. Non-refundable upon last minute cancellation, starting 2 days prior.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, deemed to be beyond our control, making it is impossible or inadvisable to proceed with the tour, we reserve the right to change to another location or cancel it to our absolute discretion. In such eventuality, participants are allowed to refund 50% from paid amount.

 We shall use any photograph, voice or any electronic image taken of you during the tour without any compensation.
